If this time has taught us one thing…
It’s to be and do what makes us HAPPY!
It’s simple., simple, simple.
What’s the actual point if we’re unhappy?
I’m writing this directly to you after a sunny week in Bournemouth, a place that makes me feel alive because I’m by the ocean.
I had to go visit again for myself, for my happiness and I had the best week in ages.
I also know that Eleni is most content with her daughter Sophie and so she’s committing lots more precious time with her, creating lifelong memories.
And Kiki, who has only just come out of shielding after 5 months, is having more day trips surrounded by her loved ones as that sparks up her joy.
As a team we’re doing more of what fulfils us and we can’t even begin to tell you what a difference it has made.
We are turning up to Friday calls with excitement, full of business ideas, positive energy and support for each other.
It’s the best feeling ever, we know we’re pouring more time into our happy places and we can see such a dramatic difference in our moods, productivity and creativity.
You should want the same for your teams, colleagues, friends.
After months and months of stress and possibly more to come, we need to find these happy moments regularly.
Why would you work 16 hours a day, not see your loved ones, feel miserable and stressed, just to beat competitors and make so much money that you don’t even know what to do with?
Working hard is of course important but balance comes first and if you haven’t got that then you are poor in time and happiness.
Don’t miss the valuable time of now – be and do what makes you HAPPY!
To manifest this and commit to this message, say YES aloud and share on to someone that needs to read this in order to start living and stop worrying.
