Week 1:
RELEASE
During the first week, we take a look at your inner mindset and how to acknowledge all the parts of it. We focus on:

The difference between a Growth and Fixed Mindset
Week 2: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Week Two is centred around gaining clarity around your current reality. We acknowledge the present and help you understand it. We then continue to guide you to:
Understand your roadblocks, obstacles, and challenges
Understand your emotions and become in sync with them
How to create a vision for your life
Be intentional with your time and thoughts
Week 3:
REDISCOVER
During week three we rediscover your self-worth and how to fall back in love with your life. The Topics include:

Identifying, creating and accepting your dreams
Understanding your beliefs and allowing yourself to develop and grow from them
Healing from the things that are holding you back
Improving the conversation you are having with and about yourself.
Week 4:
ALIGNMENT
Week Four guides you through the process of self-care, self-love and your mental and physical health. We do this through:
Identifying what gets in the way of You
Creating safe and healthy boundaries
Discovering how to tailor your life to stay healthy and happy
Week 5:
THE SELF
In the second last week of the course, we talk about self-confidence, comparison, and Self-Creativity.
We identify specific patterns of thinking and how to utilize them to increase your confidence and self-worth.
Week 6:
DISCIPLINE
Where are you now and where do you want to be in 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, years to come?

We tackle self-discipline and guide you through practical tools to help you form resilience and responsibility. This will equip you with the necessary mindset to continue living a life that is fulfilling, sustainable and authentically YOU.

What is Coaching?Coaching helps to empower you to make, meet and exceed personal and professional goals. This includes excelling in the workplace, becoming happy and fulfilled in the home, exploring the inner you and achieving ambitions. All of my coaching programmes are tailored to my client’s requirements. The inner you is made up of your soul, spirit and character. We often forget this, as we focus so much on the external self. Through coaching, I will help you to explore your inner emotions and teach you how to listen and react to them. Before I start a coaching programme, I will get to know you (the client) which allows me to get a deep understanding of your needs, challenge you to recognise and build on your strengths, explore your current reality and find positive ways to make changes and move forward. This will help you to achieve your goals and aspirations.

What Happens During a Session?During the session, I will ask you about what you want to get out of life, what areas you are unhappy with and your hopes for the future. You will never be forced to make any decisions that you do not feel comfortable with and all sessions will be confidential, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings privately. Sessions usually last up to 2 hours, depending on a client’s requirements. Times are flexible. They can be conducted over the phone, face-to-face, over email, via Zoom and occasionally through instant messaging.
